To provide the personalized PDF files of orders received on daily basis to the client before TAT. The aim is to save client costs and increase the efficiency of the project by outsourcing repetitive work.

Major challenge is the one-time knowledge transfer and setting up a server for secured transfer of data. One of the major issues faced by customers was incorrect personalized artwork files which result in incurring the extra cost of printing along with lower efficiency in delivering the work by in-house staff.
We did regular calls with the client to do knowledge transfer and visited their premise for a better understanding of the process. After this, we drafted an SOP and prepared a training module for our internal team to make sure the quality of deliverables is of utmost high. For eliminating the chances of incorrect personalization, we started the process of regular checking before delivering the artwork files to the customer.
Through this process, we decrease order creation time and reduced the error rate from 10% to less than 0.5%. The client also got operational efficiency due to time zone impact, they have a ready deliverable to print in the morning, once they step into the factory.
